BVFCL was formed on 5th April 2002 after separating from Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited. It is the only urea-producing company in the North-Eastern and Eastern regions of India. The organization is headquartered in Namrup, Assam, and contributes significantly to the development of agricultural infrastructure through the production and distribution of various fertilizers including Neem Coated Urea, Liquid Bio Fertilizer, and Vermi Compost under the brand "Mukta."

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PIR, HRD, Labour & Social Welfare

Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the Personnel and Administration department of a PSU or large private sector organization

At least 8 years of experience must be in a senior managerial role

A degree in Law is desirable and may offer added benefits during selection

Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of labour laws, estate management, training policies, and current HR practices

Experience in Industrial Relations, wage negotiations, legal matters, conciliation, and adjudication is highly preferred

Candidates with prior experience in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing Personnel Management policies

Overseeing HR operations including administration and estate affairs

Managing legal and disciplinary matters

Conducting training programs and facilitating employee development

Negotiating wages and handling industrial relations matters
