Blue Dart Express Limited is hiring an Operations Executive for its Dibrugarh PUD/DC facility under the eCommerce Solutions division. This role is vital for driving efficient operations and delivering high-quality customer support. Ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for solving logistical challenges.

Role Purpose The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day customer service and operational activities at the Pickup and Delivery or Distribution Center. The goal is to ensure smooth shipment processing, handle exceptions proactively, and provide effective communication support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle mail correspondence and coordinate responses between customers and internal departments including hubs, warehouses, and origin points

  • Provide direct customer service at the facility and collaborate with the Regional Customer Services Team to resolve complex cases

  • Manage service failures, track and resolve delivery delays, and provide timely shipment updates

  • Monitor and resolve exception cases including unidentified shipments, undelivered parcels, regulatory holds, and return-to-origin cases

  • Communicate proactively with customers on shipment delays or regulatory documentation issues and ensure timely corrective action

  • Prioritize and expedite urgent delivery requests in coordination with operations teams

  • Assist with resolving compliance-related issues by liaising with the Regulatory Team and supporting documentation collection

  • Monitor overall transit times and service levels and offer performance insights to senior management

  • Ensure timely closure of security and escalation cases using Blue Dart’s online platforms

  • Support the facility's operations team to maintain workflow efficiency and service consistency

  • Resolve exception cases swiftly and reduce missed deliveries for priority shipments

  • Actively close regulatory non-compliance issues within defined timelines

  • Follow customer service protocols and ensure SOP compliance
