Role Summary The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for appointing and managing channel partners to expand distribution, strengthen trade relationships, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. This role involves regular market visits, performance reviews, and ensuring distributor readiness across infrastructure, investment, and involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve revenue and sales targets
Appoint and manage channel partners within the designated geography
Ensure distributor infrastructure, investment, and operational involvement
Expand town coverage and increase distribution outlets
Conduct market visits to enhance execution and trade relationships
Drive acquisitions and tertiary sales from covered sites
Required Experience and Skills
Two to four years of experience in telecom or FMCG sectors
Strong distributor management capabilities
Ability to motivate teams and build operational capacity
Skilled in conflict resolution and performance analysis
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Qualifications
Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
Proficiency in English and local market language
Ability to interpret and construct performance reports
