Responsibilities

Customer Experience and Satisfaction

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming store environment

• Train staff to prioritize and deliver excellent customer service

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Sales and Performance

• Meet and exceed store sales targets by setting team goals

• Foster a performance-driven culture with regular coaching

• Assess staff capabilities and align them with performance priorities

Team Development

• Support recruitment and onboarding of store associates

• Deliver hands-on training using company learning modules

• Provide constructive feedback and evaluations regularly

• Collaborate with Learning and Development to execute upskilling plans

• Monitor attrition and take proactive steps to improve retention

Cash and Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and zero mismatches

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and perform regular stock audits

• Train team on POS systems for smooth transaction processing

• Oversee product quality checks and end-to-end customer delivery

Operational Excellence

• Support store staff and resolve operational issues

• Ensure eye check-ups and optical services meet quality standards

• Manage work shifts and staff schedules for efficient operations

• Monitor staffing levels to ensure business needs are met

Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store

• Protect store equipment and ensure stock is free from damage or loss
