Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct house visits and in-person counselling sessions with students and parents

  • Visit schools for lead generation, organize seminars, and build educator relationships

  • Source student data through outreach efforts and community engagement

  • Participate in field campaigns, exhibitions, and events to increase awareness

  • Follow up on leads and meet monthly admission targets

Nature of the Role:

  • Target-based, outdoor-focused job

  • Includes performance-linked incentives

  • Travel-intensive and relationship-driven

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in education marketing, sales, or counselling

  • Willing to travel frequently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Assamese, Hindi, and English

Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual package of ₹4.5 Lakhs (₹3 Lakhs fixed + ₹1.5 Lakhs as performance incentive)

  • Fuel allowance provided if you use your own two-wheeler
